In CM Mobile, accounts are enabled to grant access and disabled to block access for security, inactivity, or when no longer needed.
To activate a user for CM Mobile that has previously been disabled, do the following:
Navigate to User Manager, select View Filters.
Select User Status > All, select Apply & Close.
Locate and double click the user to open.
Click Disabled to change the status to Enabled.
You may need to re-assign CM Mobile to the User if this has previously been removed.
Click Save and Close.
To disable a user for CM Mobile that is currently enabled, do the following:
Navigate to User Manager within HASTL.
Start typing the Users Name in the search bar.
Select the User and click the enabled button to change the status to disabled.
Click Save and close.
