You would deactivate your CM mobile account to protect security, manage inactive users, or when someone leaves the team.
To disable a CM Mobile account, follow these simple steps:
Log into User Manager, search the Users name in the search bar.
Open the record once located, change the Account Status to disabled.
Select Save User.
The agency or local authority are responsible for managing their user accounts for CM Mobile. To disable a user account, please contact a user manager from the agency/local authority and ask them to follow the above steps.
