Create a CM Mobile user account

🤓Tip: The carer must have a profile on your CallConfirmLive! database to link to the CM Mobile application on Access Group UK | Login Page If there is no carer record on the CallConfirmLive! database you will be unable to assign the carer to the CM Mobile application.


How to Create a New CM Mobile User

Follow these simple steps to create a new CM Mobile user account:

  1. Log in to the Access portal.

  2. Navigate to User Manager.

  3. Select Add a New User.

  4. Enter the required user details.

  5. Scroll to the Unassigned Applications section.

  6. Locate CM Mobile and select Assign.

  7. Choose the appropriate role for the user and click Next.

  8. Within the Configure Views section, assign the relevant carer record.

  9. Click Next.

  10. Review the information and select Complete.

  11. Click Save User to create the account.

The user will now be able to access CM Mobile using their assigned credentials.

📌 Note: If your organisation operates multiple agencies or views, a carer will require a separate CM Mobile account for each agency/view they need access to.

Each account must be registered with a unique email address. The same email address cannot be used for multiple CM Mobile user accounts.


Troubleshooting

If you are unable to locate the required carer during the assignment process:

  • Verify that the carer exists within the CallConfirmLive! database.

  • Confirm that the carer record is active.

  • Ensure you have selected the correct agency/view.
