Tip: The carer must have a profile on your CallConfirmLive! database to link to the CM Mobile application on Access Group UK | Login Page If there is no carer record on the CallConfirmLive! database you will be unable to assign the carer to the CM Mobile application.

To create a new User for CM Mobile, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to Access, then navigate to User Manager.

  2. Select Add a New User, then enter the User Details.

  3. Navigate to Unassigned Applications.

  4. Select Assign when you locate CM Mobile.

  5. Select the relevant role for the User then select Next.

  6. Assign the Carer within the Configure Views section and select Next.

  7. Confirm your selection by selecting Complete.

  8. Select Save User.

πŸ“Œ Note: If your agency has multiple views. The carer needs separate accounts under each agency/view but this will require two different email addresses. The same email address cannot be used twice.
