Check CM Mobile event receipt

How to check when a care worker's CM Mobile events were created in CallConfirmLive!.

📌 Note: If the carer uses the offline mode of CM Mobile, the dates and times may differ from the actual tag-in and tag-out times.

  1. Log in to CallConfirmLive!, then click Events.

  2. Find your event using the date and care worker name filters.

  3. Double-click the event you would like to query.

  4. The Created on date and time shows when the event was created in CallConfirmLive!.
