If you would like to find out when your care workers CM Mobile events were created on CallConfirmLive!, follow these simple steps:
📌 Note: If the carer uses the offline mode of CM Mobile, the dates and times may differ to the actual tag in and out times.
Log into CallConfirmLive!, then click Events.
Find your event using the date and care worker name filters.
Double click on the event that you would like to query.
The Created on date and time is when the event was created on CallConfirmLive!
