You can change the status of your care workers to reflect if they're active or not.
Make a care worker active
If you have a carer on the system that is showing as inactive but should be active, follow these steps.
Login to CallConfirmLive!, then double-click on the carer.
Click Misc Details, then check if the Employment ended section is selected.
Clear the Employement ended checkbox or continue to the next step.
At the top of the carer details, click the Inactive button, then click Save and Close.
Make a care worker inactive
If you have a carer showing as active but they should be inactive, follow these steps.
Login to CallConfirmLive!, then double-click on the carer.
Click Misc Details, then check if the Employment ended section is selected
Select the Employment ended checkbox, then enter the correct end date.
At the top of the carer details, click the Active button, the click Save and Close.
