If you have a client who keeps changing status from active to inactive, this could be due to the status of the purchase orders for the client.
β
The purchase orders need to be active, or the client will keep becoming inactive automatically.
To change the client to active, you would need to:
Log in to CallConfirmLive!
Double click on the client in question. Then click on the Misc tab.
Untick the service ended box.
At the top of the record, change this to active and save the client.
However, you would need to check the status of the purchase orders to ensure they are coming through correctly from the rostering provider. As if they are sending information through for the purchase order to be closed, when the purchase orders automatically re-import, they will become inactive again.
The client record could also keep being made inactive due to the presence of an end date on the record. To check if there is an end date on the client record, follow the steps below:
To open the client record:
Log in to CallConfirmLive!
Double click on the client in question.
Click into the Misc Details tab on the left of the client record.
Near the bottom, review the Service Started on and Service Ended on dates.
If the dates are incorrect, please amend them accordingly, change the client to active, and click Save and Close.
πNote: There is also a History section next to the start and end dates, and this keeps a record of any time the profile was closed or reopened.
If trying this does not solve the issue, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
