If you have duplicated client profiles where planned visits show as assigned to one of the profiles and actual visits that the carers log via CM Mobile are assigned to the other profile. This would indicate that the tag is registered to the incorrect profile out of the duplicates. This can be amended via the client manager application on the HAS portal.

If the duplicate profile is inactive you can search for an inactive client in client manager as follows:
Click View Filters just below your name in the top right-hand corner.
Click Status and then click All.
Click Apply and Close.
Now search for the inactive client.
π Note: All inactive clients have an Inactive tab displayed in red in the left-hand top corner of the client. All active clients have active displayed in green in the left-hand top corner of the client.
Once you have located the client the tag was incorrectly registered to you will need to merge the inactive client into the active on CallConfirmLive! and then unregister the tag from the inactive client and register the tag to the correct client.
