In client manager, you remove a tag from a client when it’s no longer relevant such as after a status change, completed service, or to correct tagging errors. This keeps client records accurate and organised.
To remove a tag from a client, follow these simple steps:
Log in to the HAS portal.
Open Client Manager, open Clients.
Search for the client and open the client details.
Select Devices, click Un-register CM Mobile tag.
📌 Note: Remove the tag number from the device section of the client's CCL! record also.
