Error message "Oops! Something Went Wrong. This tag has not been registered to a client. Please contact your office for support"
This error message is displayed when a tag is scanned that has not yet been registered to a client record through the CM Mobile App.

You can check if a tag is registered to a client using these simple steps:
Log into CM Mobile on your mobile device.
Select Menu in the top left corner.
Swipe down the list of options and select Tag Checker.
Place the phone near the tag, when it has been scanned a green tick will display and a chime sound will be heard with the name of the client being displayed.
If no client shows as being registered to the tag you can register it using these instructions:
Access the CM Mobile application.
Select Register A Tag in the Menu, select the Client.
Scan the tag against the back of the handset.
Repeat the process for other tags or return to the main menu.
