There are two ways to check which clients have tags registered. You can search via CallConfirmLive! using the RFID Tag Ref column, or view tags directly in Client Manager where registered tags are clearly labelled on the client record.

Check via CallConfirmLive!
Log in to CallConfirmLive!
Click the Client tab.
Search for all clients under your agency to populate the list.
Click the RFID Tag Ref column header to sort clients by those who have tags registered and those who do not.
đ Note: Searching this way may not always include all clients with tags.
Check via Client Manager
Log in to CM New World.
Click Client Manager, then click the Clients tab.
Clients with a tag registered will display a purple Mobile Tag label on their record.
