Checking for a registered tag helps verify the clientโ€™s identity and ensures accurate tracking during service visits. It improves security, streamlines workflows, and prevents errors in client management.

If you would like to see which clients have tags registered, there are two ways you can check this:

The first way you can look is by:

1. Log into CallConfirmLive! as normal.
2. Click into the 'client' tab.
3. Search for all clients under your agency so the list populates.
4. Click on the column header which says 'RFID Tag Ref' this will sort the clients into those who have tags registered on the system and those who don't making it easy to see who does and doesn't.
(Please keep in mind searching this way will not always include all clients with tags).

The second way which is easier to view and should include all clients with tags is to:

1. Log into the Portal - Access Group UK | Login Page.
2. Click into 'Client manager', Click into the 'clients' tab.
4. With this screen if a client has a tag, they will have purple label which says 'Mobile tag' like this:

These are the two ways you can see which clients have tags registered.
