Assigning a tag on CM Mobile helps categorise and organise clients or tasks, making it easier to filter, search, and manage information efficiently.

You must be assigned the tag administrator role to register a tag to a client. Please see your in house user administrator if you require the role of your CM Mobile application to be changed from standard to tag administrator.

To assign a tag to a client, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to the CM Mobile application.

  2. Click Menu, click Register a New Tag.

  3. Find and click the client from the list.

  4. Scan the tag against the back of the handset. The tag will now register to the selected client.

Once this has been completed, log in to your CallConfirmLive! database and add the number on the tag to the device section of the client record.
