You may need to unregister a tag when it has been assigned to the wrong client, is no longer in use or needs replacing due to damage or faults.
follow these simple steps to unregister the tag:
Log into the CM New World portal.
Navigate to and open Client Manager.
On the left-hand side menu, click Client Manager.
A list of clients will appear, select the client you need to modify.
In the client pop-up window, select the Devices tab.
Scroll down to the Monitoring section.
In the Monitoring section, locate the option:
“Unregister CMO Bar Tag from [Client Name]”A confirmation will appear then click Close once the action completes.
The bar tag is now successfully unassigned from the selected client.
