Feedback missing from CM Mobile

Outlines reasons for reduced feedback activity in CM Mobile.

To improve performance within CM Mobile, the number of feedback and visit log records displayed has been limited. A setting has been introduced within the Settings application that allows administrators to control how many days' worth of client feedback records are returned to the mobile application.

By default, this setting is configured to return records from the previous 31 days.


Updating the Client Feedback Record Limit

To amend the number of days of client feedback records available in CM Mobile:

  1. Log in to the CM Portal.

  2. Launch the Settings application.

  3. Select CM Mobile from the available settings categories.

  4. Locate the setting labelled Restrict Client Feedback Entries.

  5. Enter the required number of days.

  6. Click Save to apply the changes.

⚠️ Warning: The day restriction setting controls the volume of client feedback records returned to CM Mobile. Increasing this value may have a negative impact on application performance and loading times.

It is recommended that this setting is only increased where there is a clear business requirement.


Accessing the Settings Application

The Settings application is available from the CM Portal after logging in.

If you cannot see the Settings application, you may not have permission to access it. In this case, the application will need to be added to your account by your In House User Manager.


How to Add the Settings Application to Your Account

  1. Log in to the Access Group portal.

  2. Select User Manager.

  3. Search for and select your user account.

  4. Open the account's edit options.

  5. Scroll down to the list of available applications.

  6. Locate Settings and click Add.

  7. Save your changes if prompted.

Once the application has been added, log out and back in to the portal if required.
