In CM Provider, Client contacts might not display in CM Mobile if the contact details haven't been marked as "Shared with Mobile" or if the user's mobile access permissions don't include viewing client contact information.
In order for this to display on CM Mobile, open the contact via the client record on CallConfirmLive! and do the following:
Open the client record within CallConfirmLive!
Click the Medical/Contacts menu.
Double Click on the relevant contact.
Tick Emergency Contact, save and close the record.
