In CM Provider, a carer may be unable to log in or out due to an incorrect password, poor internet, outdated app, device time issues, locked or inactive account.
π Note: Any attempts to scan a tag are recorded and shown in the tag history section at the bottom of the CM Mobile screen. The recorded tag information from the carer's CM Mobile application will always show on your CCL! database before the carer's handset.
If the care has issues scanning tags, check the following.
Is the carer running the most recent version of CM Mobile?
Ensure the phone's operating system is still supported.
The phone's browser must be set to Google Chrome.
Does the carer have an NFC compatible phone, and is NFC enabled?
Does the camera used to scan the tag using the QR function work correctly?
If the carer is unable to scan a tag, please raise a new case online, including a screenshot of the tag history, and state exactly what is happening when the carer attempts to scan a tag.
