Any attempts to scan a tag are recorded and shown in the tag history section at the bottom of the CM Mobile screen.
The event statuses are (pending, synced, and rejected) as follows:
Synced events - show client initials and event time.
Pending events - show a question mark and event time.
Rejected events - show the event time in red.
📌 Note: All events scanned via CM Mobile will send the information to your database before the events show on the carers CM Mobile application. Please check the event screen on your CallConfirmLive! database.
If the event is still not showing, please raise a case including a screenshot of the tag history from the carers CM Mobile application.
