CM mobile uses Google Maps services to provide route calculation services to care workers. CM mobile obtains the client's address from CallConfirmLive! or CM new world and uses the Google Maps calculation to provide a route to the address for the care worker to follow.
Not all address information is used when calculating the location of the client with Google Maps, which can occasionally cause the wrong address to be shown. If this issue occurs, please try re-arranging the address lines within CallConfirmLive! or CM new world. An example of this is provided below.
