CM Mobile uses Google Maps to calculate routes to client addresses. The address is pulled from CallConfirmLive! or CM New World. However, not all address fields are used by Google Maps when calculating a location, which can occasionally result in the wrong address being shown.
If this occurs, try rearranging the address lines in CallConfirmLive! or CM New World so that the street number and street name appear on the first line. This often resolves the issue.
