Duplicate carer records

In this article, we explain how to duplicate carer records within CallConfirmLive!

If duplicate carer records exist within CallConfirmLive, they can be merged using the Unknown Carer Wizard.

Merging duplicate carer records

  1. Navigate to the Carers page within CallConfirmLive!

  2. Search for the duplicate carer records.

  3. Right-click the record you want to make inactive.

  4. Select Unknown Carer Wizard.

📌 Note: If the option is unavailable, you do not have the required permissions to complete the merge.

5. Review the introduction screen and select Next.

6. Review any linked events and select Next.

7. Select the carer record you want to merge into and select Next.

8. Review the merge confirmation details carefully.

⚠️ Warning: Once completed, the merge cannot be undone.

  • Any required corrections must be completed manually.

9. Select Next and then Finish to complete the merge process.

If your agency uses CM Mobile, ensure the CM Mobile account is linked to the active carer record after the merge has been completed.
