You add a new carer in CallConfirmLive! to include a new care worker in the system so they can be scheduled, tracked, and receive call notifications for their visits.
To get started, simply follow these steps.
Log in to CallConfirmLive!
Click Actions, then select Add Care Worker.
Complete the Basic Details screen, then click Save.
