Adding a new carer in CallConfirmLive! allows you to include a new care worker in the system so they can be scheduled, tracked, and receive call notifications for their visits.

Click Actions, then select Add Care Worker.

Complete the Basic Details screen, then click Save.

1. Log in to CallConfirmLive!.
2. Click Actions, then select Add Care Worker.
3. Complete the Basic Details screen, then click Save.
