You add a carer absence in CallConfirmLive! to record when a care worker is unavailable, ensuring accurate scheduling and preventing calls being assigned during their absence.
To add a carer absence, follow these steps:
Open the carer record, then click the Attendance tab.
Under Absence on the right side, select the green plus icon.
Select the absence type, then enter the from date and time.
Select checkbox, then enter the date and time.
Click OK, then Save or Save and Close.
