Care worker assignment zero score

In CallConfirmLive!, a Care Worker Assignment might zero score if the visit was missed, tasks weren’t completed, check-in/out was incorrect, or system rules weren’t met.

If the care worker has a score of zero within the care worker assignment section please check the following:

  • Check if the carer is already assigned to a visit for the selected Date/Time.

  • Open the carer record and in the Availability section check that the carer has the correct availability.

  • Check in the carer record Attendance section to see if there are any Absences recorded for the Date/Time.

  • Click System in the Top left Corner, then select Scoring Preferences.

  • Check that the percentage being reduced in Score Reductions section is correct against the type of reduction.
