In CallConfirmLive!, a Care Worker Assignment might zero score if the visit was missed, tasks weren’t completed, check-in/out was incorrect, or system rules weren’t met.
If the care worker has a score of zero within the care worker assignment section please check the following:
Check if the carer is already assigned to a visit for the selected Date/Time.
Open the carer record and in the Availability section check that the carer has the correct availability.
Check in the carer record Attendance section to see if there are any Absences recorded for the Date/Time.
Click System in the Top left Corner, then select Scoring Preferences.
Check that the percentage being reduced in Score Reductions section is correct against the type of reduction.
