This feature runs a calculation against each care worker to determine who is most suitable for the unassigned visit. The calculation time increases with the number of carers and rotas being used.
If the feature is running slowly, try the following:
Use the Teams filter (if configured) to restrict the number of carers included in the calculation.
Check whether any active care workers could be made inactive to reduce the total number of active carers on the system.
