This may happen due to poor signal, wrong dial-in number, system delays, unrecognised caller ID, or issues with the dial-in service.
To resolve, follow these simple steps:
Check that the client’s telephone number is listed correctly in the client record.
Ask the care worker to try dialing 1470 before their free phone number, as the Client may have a withheld number.
If no calls are showing after these checks, please contact the Support Desk with a specific example of when a Care Worker has tried to call in, and they will be able to investigate the issue for you.
