If you are experiencing performance issues with CM Mobile, please ensure:
CM Mobile is up-to-date. Please check for updates on the App Store.
The care worker is assigned correctly to CM Mobile. Try un-assigning and re-assigning CM Mobile from the carer.
The care worker has a stable internet connection.
Ask the care worker to switch between mobile data and Wi-Fi if possible, and try again.
Ensure the carer has planned visits assigned for the date in question on your CallConfirmLive! Database.
If all of the above are correct, please send a screenshot of the carer's visit screen on the CM Mobile application and raise a new case online referencing the title of this article, along with the carer's email address.
