Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee updates will go through to CM Mobile immediately. This is because CM Mobile only refreshes the visit list when the carer logs in, re-opens the app or pulls down on the visit list to manually refresh the visits. CM Mobile also requires a stable internet connection to obtain an up-to-date list of visits.
I would recommend if this is an issue, to try to ensure changes are made in good time so CM Mobile can refresh for the carers. You can also follow up with the care workers if a change has been made at the last minute to ensure they are aware of the changes and the carer has refreshed their CM Mobile visit screen.
