Lost tag events in CM Mobile occur when the app canβt locate or recognise an expected tag, often due to poor network connection, deleted or changed tags on the server, outdated app versions, or user errors such as missing or incorrect tag information.
If your care worker loses signal or has no wifi or mobile data, please ensure that they do the following:
Do not log out of CM Mobile or swipe the app closed.
Once connected to wifi or mobile data, ensure that the app is left open for up to 20 minutes.
Swipe down from the top of the visit list to refresh the display and force tag events to be sent.
The above steps will help prevent any events from being lost when the app is in offline mode.
