In CallConfirmLive!, merging duplicate carers ensures accurate data, improves scheduling, and maintains system efficiency by consolidating multiple records into one.

To merge duplicate carer records, follow these simple steps:

⚠️ Warning: Once a merge is complete, it can't be undone and any alterations need to be done manually.

  1. Open the carer page, then search for the duplicate records.

  2. Right-click the carer records you're merging from and making inactive.

  3. Click Unknown Carer Wizard.

  4. Read the introduction, then click Next.

  5. Review the events linked to the duplicate record, then click Next.

  6. Locate and select the carer you want to merge to, then click Next.

  7. Confirm you're happy with the merge, then click Next and Finish.
