If a client record on CallConfirmLive! is missing its social services reference, please ensure the Local Authority has sent the details for that client via the purchase order import. If they have sent the details and this has created a duplicate client, please run the unknown client wizard to merge the records together.

If the local authority have confirmed the details have already been sent across but the client is still missing its social services reference and there are no duplicate records, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article and include the Social Service number so we can add this to the client record for you.
