A Social Services Reference is a unique identifier used within CallConfirmLive! to link care visits and records to the correct service user.
If a client has an incorrect Social Services Reference, this can be updated from the Financial tab within the client record.
📌 Note: If you use a rostering system, the Social Services Reference should also be updated within that system to ensure the change synchronises with CallConfirmLive!
Update a reference
To update the social service reference, follow these simple steps.
Open the client record.
Select the Financial tab.
Add, edit, or remove the reference in the Social Services Reference field
Select Save and Close.
📌 Note: If you do not have permission to update the Social Services Reference, please contact your in-house User Administrator.
Some Local Authorities do not allow providers to update Social Services References.
