Client records can be missing from your pending or final invoice for a number of reasons.
First, check the contract start date is before the date of visits that have been delivered. If the contract start date is after the date of visits delivered, those visits will not be included in the pending invoice. To check the contract start date, follow these simple steps:
Log in to CallConfirmLive!, Click Clients.
Using the search functionality, enter the details of the client not included in your invoice and click Find Now.
Double click the client record to open it.
On the basic details page, confirm the client is linked to the Local Authority contract. If the client is not on the Local Authority contract, follow the steps in this article to update it.
Click the contract history button, Check the contract history date is correct.

A client may also be excluded if it does not have a social services reference. Client records must have a social service reference number and have valid purchase orders in order to be included in your finance manager invoices.
You can check to see if a client has a social service reference number assigned by following these steps:
Log in to CallConfirmLive!, Click Clients.
Using the search functionality, enter the details of the client you wish to check and click Find Now.
The Social Services Reference for the client (if one is assigned) will be shown in the Soc. Serv. Ref. column within the results table.
If you are unable to see this column, double-click the client to open the client record.
Within the client record, click Financial on the left-hand side of the screen. If the client has been assigned a Social Service reference, it will be visible next to the Imported Agency SS Ref or the Soc. Services Ref. fields within this menu.
If the Financial tab is not visible, the client is not linked to a local authority contract and the contract will need to be updated. Please review the steps in this article or information on how to change the client contract.
A client may also be excluded from Finance Manager if there are no purchase orders linked to the client. To view the purchase orders linked to a client, please follow the steps in this article.
