Modify service stops for client

In this article, we explain how to add or remove a service stop from a client record.

Adding or removing a service stop helps keep client records accurate and up-to-date. It ensures that calls or services are scheduled only for the correct locations, avoiding missed appointments or unnecessary visits.

Add a service stop

To add a service stop to a client record, follow these simple steps.

  1. Log in to CallConfirmLive!

  2. On the Clients page, use the search options to find the client.

  3. Double-click the client record to open it.

  4. Within the client record, click the Stops/Prefs tab.

  5. Within the Service Stops section, click the Add button, to add a new stop.

  6. Fill out the details of the stop and click Ok to save the stop.


Amend a service stop

To amend a service stop on client record, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to CallConfirmLive!

  2. On the Clients page, use the search options to find the client.

  3. Double-click on the client record to open it.

  4. In the client record, click the Stops/Prefs tab.

  5. In the Service Stops section, click the service stop you wish to update and click the Update button.

  6. Fill out the new details of the stop and click Ok to save the stop.


Delete a service stop

The service stop type field is a custom field you can configure within lookup administration.

To delete a service stop on a client record, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to CallConfirmLive!

  2. On the Clients page, use the search options to find the client.

  3. Double-click on the client record to open it.

  4. In the client record, click the Stops/Prefs tab.

  5. In the Service Stops section, click the service stop you wish to delete.

  6. Click the Delete button.


Add a service stop type to the menu

To add a service stop type to the dropdown menu, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to CallConfirmLive!

  2. Click the System menu in the top left corner of the screen.

  3. Click Lookup Administration, then click the Service Stop Type folder.

  4. Click the Add New button to add a new service stop type.

  5. Complete the details and click Ok to Save.

View the new service stop type

To view your new service stop type, refresh the dropdown lists by following the below steps:

  1. Click the System menu in the top left corner of the screen.

  2. Click Refresh dropdown lists.
