You can change a contract in CallConfirmLive!, that updates care details to reflect changes in a clientโ€™s needs or arrangements.

To change a client contract, follow these simple steps.

  1. Click Clients, then enter the details in the search.

  2. Click Find Now, then double-click the client record.

  3. On the Basic Details tab, click the three dots next to the current contract.

  4. Select the new contract from the drop-down list, and choose an effective date.

  5. Click Ok, then click Save and Close.
