Client contracts always match the start date. To match the contract start date to the contract date follow these steps:
Open the client record, then click Misc.Details.
Change the service started on date and click Save and close.
When prompted that the dates don't match, click Yes.
Switch a client contract
To switch the client contract follow these steps:
π Note: There can't be a gap in the client's contract history and contacts can't overlap.
Open the client record then click the three dots next to the current contract icon.
Select the contract and the effective date.
Click Ok, then click Save and close.
