Add a new client

In this article, we explain how to add a new client.

You add a new client in CallConfirmLive! to register a new person or household receiving care, allowing their visits to be scheduled, tracked, and managed in the system.

To add a new client to follow these steps:

  1. Select the Actions menu, then choose Add Client.

  2. Complete the Basic Details tab, including:

    • Client name.

    • Address.

    • Contract.

  3. Select Save, then open the Misc. Details tab.

  4. Enter the client Start Date.

  5. Select Save and Close.

📌 Note: If you do not have permission to add a new client, please contact your in-house User Administrator.
