You add a new client in CallConfirmLive! to register a new person or household receiving care, allowing their visits to be scheduled, tracked, and managed in the system.
To add a new client to follow these steps:
Click the Actions menu, then click Add Client.
Complete the Basic Details tab, including name, address and a contract.
Click Save, then click the Misc. Details tab.
Add a start date, then click Save and close.
