You add a new client in CallConfirmLive! to register a new person or household receiving care, allowing their visits to be scheduled, tracked, and managed in the system.
To add a new client to follow these steps:
Select the Actions menu, then choose Add Client.
Complete the Basic Details tab, including:
Client name.
Address.
Contract.
Select Save, then open the Misc. Details tab.
Enter the client Start Date.
Select Save and Close.
📌 Note: If you do not have permission to add a new client, please contact your in-house User Administrator.
