In CallConfirmLive!, you might need to assign a client PIN to link phone calls to the correct client, especially for call monitoring and visit verification. Without a PIN, the system may not match calls accurately.

Add a PIN number

To add a PIN to the client's record, follow these simple steps.

  1. Open the client record, then click Misc. Details.

  2. In the Misc.Settings section, click the assign button to add a PIN.


Remove a PIN

When you need to remove a PIN, simply follow these steps.

  1. Open the client record, then click Misc. Details.

  2. In the Misc.Settings section, remove the existing PIN.
