In CallConfirmLive!, you may need to amend a reference number if it was entered incorrectly, the customer provides a new one, it's linked to the wrong job or account, it's a duplicate or invalid, or the case has been updated or moved.
If you believe a client or carer reference number is wrong, or you need to remove a reference for any reason, simply raise a new case with us and we'll sort it for you. Ensure to include the details of the carer or client you need to update and the reason for the change.
