In CallConfirmLive!, you merge duplicate clients to ensure all visit history, notes, and records are stored under a single profile, reducing confusion, preventing errors, and keeping data accurate and up to date.
Before you start
Before you start merging your records, ensure there's no active purchase orders on the record you're going to make inactive as this can cause issues in the process.
Merge the duplicate records
To merge duplicate client records, follow these steps:

Open the client page, then search for the duplicate client records.
Right-click on the client record you want to marge from and make inactive.
Click Unknown Client Wizard, then when you've read the information, click Next.
Review the login and out information, then click Next.
Highlight the client you want to merge the data to and keep active, then click Next.
Add a date range and select to move the planned visits.
If required, update the telephone and tag number, then click Next.
To start the merge process, click Finish.
