CM Mobile is already assigned to this user

This issue occurs when the email address for a user account has been used before for another agency, and CM Mobile is still assigned to the old user account.

This prevents the new user account from linking to CM Mobile, and the error message "CM Mobile is already assigned to this user" will appear.

To resolve this issue, a new user account will need to be created for the care worker with a different email address that has not previously been used with CM Mobile.
