Amending how many days are shown in CM Mobile helps control when future shifts become visible, ensuring staff see only relevant and confirmed schedules.
You can amend the careworkers calendar view within the settings application.
To do this, follow the below steps:
Log in to CM New World. Access Group UK | Login Page.
Click on the Settings tile, within Settings, click the CM Mobile tab.
You can change how many days of visits are shown in CM Mobile by changing the settings in the Visible Planned Visit Days section.
When you have finished your amendments, click Save Changes to save the settings.
