The CM Mobile app makes completing forms quick and easy, allowing care teams to document information on the go.
To complete a form in CM Mobile, follow these simple steps:
Log in to the CM Mobile application.
Click on the client visit, then click on the Forms tile.
The available forms will now be shown, click on Complete a form.
You will then be shown the available forms. Click on the required form.
Fill in the form, When you have filled the form click Complete.
Once a visit has been marked as completed on CM Mobile you access the visit to fill in the form.
