The CM Mobile app allows care teams to complete and submit forms on the go, keeping documentation up to date in real time.
Log in to the CM Mobile application.
Click the client visit, then click the Forms tile.
Click Complete a form to view the available forms.
Click the form you need to complete.
Fill in the form and click Complete when finished.
đ Note: Once a visit has been marked as completed in CM Mobile, you can still access the visit to fill in the form.
