Enabling completion of forms

In this article, we explain how to enable completion of forms in CM Mobile.

In CM New World, enabling form completion ensures required data is captured and documentation is complete.

To complete Forms in the CM Mobile application please follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to the Client Manager application.

  2. Click Client below the dashboard option, then find the client you need.
    Note: The dashboard may be blank.

  3. Choose the client you wish to have the form completed on CM for and click on the client name to open the client record.

  4. Click the Forms tab, then locate the form you wish to complete.
    Tip: If the form isn't visible, you'll need to add it to the client.

  5. Click Options and select Allow completion in CM Mobile.

  6. The form will now be visible within the clients visit details in the Forms tab of the CM Mobile application.


In client manager, the forms will show as hidden on CM Mobile as a default. The red button ‘Hidden on Mobile’ will then change to green and show that the form is now ‘Completable in CM Mobile’ for the carers to see once they log in to the CM Mobile application.
