This error is typically caused by an issue with the applications assigned to the affected user account.
In order to fix this, follow these simple steps:
Log in to the CM Portal.
Open the User Manager application.
Locate and open the affected user account.
Make a note of the applications currently assigned to the user.
Remove all assigned applications from the user account.
Save the user record.
Reassign the required applications to the user account.
Save the user record again.
Once completed, ask the user to log back in. The assigned applications should now display correctly.
