This error can be related to the user account within user manager. If the user account does not have CM Mobile assigned, the carer will normally receive this error.

To resolve this matter, the office staff should navigate to the user account within user manager and ensure CM Mobile is assigned under the 'Assigned Applications'.

It is also important that the correct views have been configured for the User. To check this, do the following:
Click Edit on the CM Mobile Application, click Next.
Ensure the Carer has been assigned to the User Account.
Click Next, click Complete and then click Save the User Account.
Once CM Mobile has been assigned to the relevant carer record, this error will no longer be display.
