Error: idToken Expired

This error message displays when the ID Token of the CM Mobile User Session expires.

The CM Mobile application has an automatic log-out time of 12 hours. If the user remains logged in on their device past this time, the ID Token error message will display. To resolve this error, ensure you log out of all sessions, and then log back in again.

This error message can also be shown if the phone does not have the correct timezone location. In the settings on the phone, ensure the timezone is set to be set automatically.

If the user is still having issues, please ask them to check the time and date settings on their device. Please try changing the time format from 12-hour to 24-hour and the time is set automatically. They can do this by following the steps here
