If this message is displayed when exporting data from CallConfirmLive!, it is likely that the visit data has already been exported previously.
How to Check
Open one of the affected visits.
Select the Actual Visit tab.
Review the bottom-left corner of the screen.
The export date and time will be displayed if the visit has already been exported.
Resolution
If the data needs to be exported again, please raise a new support case requesting a re-export.
