If you are missing data on your rostering system that should have been exported from CallConfirmLive!, this can be due to a number of reasons.
Possible Causes:
If the Visit has not been completed and both the client and carer do not have a reference number attached to their record, this can cause the data not to export.
There has been a connection issue with the CM2000 satellite, and this may need to be restarted by your Agency.
If you have reviewed the above possible causes and the data has still not been exported, please raise new case online and reference the title of this article. We would ask you to provide examples of visits that have not been exported in order for us to investigate this further.
