There are many reasons data may need to be anonymised or deleted, and we have tools available in order to process data removal or anonymisation requests.

CallConfirmLive! has a Right to be forgotten feature that allows client data and visits to remain on the system but removes all personally identifiable information.

This can be used if visit data should remain on the system for billing purposes, but the personally identifiable information relating to the client should be removed.

Right to be forgotten process

To start the right-to-be-forgotten process, please follow these simple steps.

  1. Click Clients, then search for the client that needs to be anonymised.

  2. Click Find Now, then double-click the client record to open the details.

  3. On the Basic Details tab, select the Right To Be Forgotten checkbox.

  4. Click Yes on the disclaimer.

When a contract on CallConfirmLive! is ceased, the data will be removed or anonymised.

Incorrectly imported data

If data has been imported incorrectly, a contract is ending or another requirement arises to delete or anonymise data, Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article. Please include details of the data that requires anonymisation or removal and the reason why.
