Delete or anonymise data

There are various reasons why data may need to be anonymised or deleted. CallConfirmLive! includes a Right to Be Forgotten feature, which removes personally identifiable information while retaining visit data for purposes such as billing and auditing.

Right to be forgotten process

To start the right-to-be-forgotten process, follow these simple steps.

  1. Open the Clients screen.

  2. Search for the client record that requires anonymisation.

  3. Select Find Now, then double-click the client record to open it.

  4. On the Basic Details tab, select the Right to Be Forgotten checkbox.

📌 Note: Once the linked contract in CallConfirmLive has ceased, the client’s personal data will be removed or anonymised.


Incorrectly imported data

If data has been imported incorrectly, a contract is ending or another requirement arises to delete or anonymise data, Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.

Please include details of the data that requires anonymisation or removal and the reason why.
