In CallConfirmLive!, a data lock prevents changes to finalised data and ensures accuracy.
To add a data lock, you can follow these simple steps:
π Note: Visits are locked up to 23:59 on the day before the set to date.
Log into CallConfirmLive!, then click Tools.
Click Data Lock, then select your agency from the drop-down.
Select the contract, then select Set to Date or Set to Period Date.
Add the date that you require, then click OK.
