Mileage reports in CallConfirmLive! may not populate with data if GPS tracking is turned off, if users haven’t recorded any trips, or if there’s a syncing issue between the app and the system preventing data from updating correctly.
CallConfirmLive! has the following Mileage reports available within the reports menu:
. Care Worker Milage (Pay Info.)
. Care Worker Mileage.
. Care Worker Mileage and Travel Time Summary.
. Care Worker Mileage Summary.
These reports will only report on milage added through the expenses tab within each care worker record. They are not configured to pull information from milage wizard runs, and as such, will not display any mileage information for care workers that has been generated using the mileage wizard.
If you need to report on mileage generated using the mileage wizard, please follow these steps:
Log in to CallConfirmLive!
At the top of the page, Expand the Tools dropdown and click Care Worker Mileage Wizard.
Use the filter options at the top of the page to filter the selection required.
Double-click to open the required Mileage Wizard Calculation.
Open Details and select the Care Worker using the dropdown list, then click Find Now.
Use CTRL+A on your keyboard to highlight all of the rows.
Use CTRL+C on your keyboard to copy all of the highlighted rows.
Open Excel or another similar program.
Use CTRL+V to paste the copied data into Excel.
Repeat the above steps for each mileage wizard run until you have the required amount of data.
