CallConfirmLive! includes the following mileage reports in the reports menu:

Care Worker Mileage and Travel Time Summary.

- Care Worker Mileage (Pay Info.)
- Care Worker Mileage.
- Care Worker Mileage and Travel Time Summary.
- Care Worker Mileage Summary.

These reports only display mileage added through the Expenses tab on each care worker record. They are not configured to pull data from mileage wizard runs, so they will not display mileage information generated using the mileage wizard.

To report on mileage generated using the mileage wizard, export the data manually to Excel.

Expand the Tools dropdown at the top of the page and click Care Worker Mileage Wizard.

Use the filter options at the top of the page to narrow the selection.

Double-click to open the required mileage wizard calculation.

Click Open Details and select the care worker from the dropdown, then click Find Now.

Press Ctrl+C to copy the selected rows.

Open Excel or a similar program and press Ctrl+V to paste the data.

Repeat for each mileage wizard run until you have all the required data.

1. Log in to CallConfirmLive!.
2. Expand the Tools dropdown at the top of the page and click Care Worker Mileage Wizard.
3. Use the filter options at the top of the page to narrow the selection.
4. Double-click to open the required mileage wizard calculation.
5. Click Open Details and select the care worker from the dropdown, then click Find Now.
6. Press Ctrl+A to select all rows.
7. Press Ctrl+C to copy the selected rows.
8. Open Excel or a similar program and press Ctrl+V to paste the data.
9. Repeat for each mileage wizard run until you have all the required data.
