Before we provide additional numbers we practice recycling of any numbers that look like they have not been used in some time.

In order to check which call in numbers have not been used in some time you can use the carer call in number report which can be located in the report screen. under carer - call in number.

If you can not recycle any of these numbers follow these steps:

Request new call in numbers

  1. Log in to CallConfirmLive!, then open the Care Worker screen.

  2. Search the carer using the filter options and double-click the required carer to open the record.

  3. Click on the Basic Details tab.

  4. Click the Assign... button under the Call-In Number section in the bottom right of the window.

This will open the call in number wizard, to request additional numbers, you can select the checkbox at the bottom and enter the number of additional numbers you require.

This will then create a support ticket on your behalf, at which point a member of the support team can action this request for you.


Assign a call in number to a carer

To assign a number, follow these steps.

  1. Log in to CallConfirmLive!, then click Carers.

  2. Search for the carer you wish to assign a call-in number and double-click their record.

  3. On the Basic Details tab, click Assign. This is only visible if no call-in number is assigned.

  4. Select a number, then click Next.

  5. Click Next and then Finish.
